Reframing Negative Thought Patterns
Sometimes the fastest way to calm the mind is through the body. This session introduces powerful breathing and grounding techniques you can use in moments of panic or overwhelm to quickly regain control.

Write down one recurring negative thought. Then ask yourself:
-
What’s the evidence this thought is 100% true?
What’s another, more balanced way to look at this situation?
What's Next
Notice one recurring negative thought this week and gently challenge it. Ask, “Is there another way to see this?” Reframing gets easier the more you practice — start with small everyday frustrations and build from there.
making lasting changes
Long-term mindset change requires repetition. Keep a small notebook or phone note where you record examples of reframed thoughts — negative to balanced. Review them regularly to remind yourself how your thinking can evolve. With practice, your brain begins to rewire itself to default to a calmer, fairer perspective.
